At Hewa, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Our Refund Policy

Due to the nature of some of our products we do not offer refunds for them, These include our hijabs, our caps. 

this is because once worn our used we cannot resell them to ensure quality control. 

However we can offer refunds only on faulty items of that nature but we check every products personally before shipping as we personally fulfil each order.

Delivery

Standard delivery £2.99- we aim to dispatch these next day but if the order is placed on a Friday we will dispatch it on a Monday due to the current pandemic. please allow 3-10 days for your delivery to arrive as there may be delays with the postal network. 

First class delivery- we will aim to dispatch first class orders the same day but if it is placed after 3pm it will be posted next working day. please note all orders placed on a Friday will be posted on a Monday.
